    Offer Details

    When you use your event pass or membership, you may enter the event for free. Events that you may use your event pass or membership for include all of the following (excluding events designated as "Special Event" on our calendar and Private Classes):

    • Events every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that include a Group Dance Class from 8:00-9:30pm (Salsa on Mondays and Wednesdays, Bachata on Tuesdays) with 3 simultaneous levels (new to beginner, beginner to intermediate, intermediate to advanced) and a Dance Practice until 10:30pm.

    • Events every Thursday, Friday and Saturday that include a Language Exchange from 6:30-8:00pm, one or more Group Dance Classes from 8:15-9:30pm (see rhythm and level of each class on our calendar), and Bar/Social 9:30pm and after with 2 rooms: (1) 100% Salsa, (2) 100% Bachata.

    To enter an event using an event pass or membership, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the reception. Free event passes and memberships begin on the purchase date of the Private Class hours, have no cash value, may not be exchanged for any other type of service or product, and may only be used by the student(s) the Private Class hours were purchased for. You may not share your event pass or membership. For the purchase of 1-9 Private Class hours, only new students (students who have never been scheduled for a Private Class by DANCEFREE) will be elegible for the offer. For the purchase of Private Class hours for 2 students, each eligible student will receive the offer. For the purchase of Private Class hours for 3 or more students, the purchaser may select up to 2 eligible students (of the students the Private Class hours were purchased for) to receive the offer. Offer applies to each Private Class hours purchase and purchases may not be combined for this offer. Cannot be combined with any other offer. DANCEFREE reserves the right to end or change this offer at any time.

And we’ve already donated more than 100,000 free dance and language classes to Colombians and foreigners from approximately 100 countries.

For each person you refer (Friend) who spends 50.000 Colombian Pesos or more on his/her first purchase and qualifies as an Eligible New Client, we'll give you both a Referral Credit of 5% of your Friend's first purchase amount, up to 100.000 Colombian Pesos each, to spend on a future purchase.

Steps

  1. Send an email to friends@dancefree.com.co that includes the full name of each Friend
  2. Have each Friend enter his/her contact info at the following Referral Link, indicating he/she was referred by you: friend.dancefree.com.co

Please note:

  • To indicate he/she was referred by you, each Friend will need your full name and email address to enter at the Referral Link.
  • Referral Credits will only be applied to Eligible New Clients who satisfy all of the criteria in the Rules. We cannot make any exceptions.
  • For each Friend who qualifies as an Eligible New Client, you and your Friend will receive an email within ten (10) calendar days of your Friend's first purchase that includes the Amount and Expiration Date of the Referral Credit that each of you may spend on a future purchase.

Rules

  1. Referral Credits will only be applied to Eligible New Clients, subject to DANCEFREE’s sole review and discretion. We cannot make any exceptions.
  2. To qualify as an Eligible New Client, each Friend must satisfy all of the following criteria:
    • Before completing the Steps:
      • Never in the DANCEFREE system;
      • Never made a DANCEFREE purchase;
      • Never arrived at and/or entered a DANCEFREE facility;
      • Never attended a DANCEFREE activity, including, but not limited to, classes, events, and shows; and
      • Never communicated with DANCEFREE in any way, including, but not limited to, in person, over the phone, in writing, email, social media, and online forms.
    • Entered his/her contact info only at the Referral Link, indicating he/she was referred by you, minimum one (1) calendar day prior to making his/her first DANCEFREE purchase.
    • Paid for his/her first DANCEFREE purchase in full maximum seven (7) calendar days after entering his/her contact info at the Referral Link.
    • Spent more than 50.000 Colombian Pesos on Eligible Services on his/her first purchase, excluding miscellaneous charges, taxes, and any other applicable transaction costs.
    • Never breached DANCEFREE's terms at www.dancefree.com.co/terms, requested a refund, initiated a payment dispute, and/or engaged in any type of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  3. You and your Friend will receive a Referral Credit within ten (10) calendar days of your Friend's first purchase only if your Friend qualifies as an Eligible New Client.
  4. Referral Credit will be calculated as 5% of your Friend's first purchase amount, excluding Non-Eligible Services, miscellaneous charges, taxes, and any other applicable transaction costs, up to a maximum of 100.000 Colombian Pesos.
  5. Referral Credits may be used immediately upon receiving written confirmation that they are active in the DANCEFREE system.
  6. Referral Credits may only be used toward the purchase of Eligible Services.
  7. All Referral Credits will be in Colombian Pesos (COP).
  8. Referral Credits are stackable, so you can use more than one per purchase of Eligible Services.
  9. Eligible Services are currently limited to Private Classes, excluding gift cards/gift certificates, miscellaneous charges, taxes, and any other applicable transaction costs.
  10. Referral Credits expire 365 calendar days after the date they are issued.
  11. The use of Referral Credits and all purchases are subject to our terms at www.dancefree.com.co/terms, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  12. Any error in our calculations, including, but not limited to Referral Credits, unscheduled hours, and appointments not yet charged and/or charged to incorrect accounts, will be corrected according to our terms at www.dancefree.com.co/terms.
  13. DANCEFREE reserves the right to end or change this offer at any time.
