To view our current/remaining availability online:

  1. Go to hello.dancefree.com.co

  2. Click on "Availability"

  3. Select a date

  4. For the date you selected, you will see each provider’s current/remaining availability. Providers will appear only if they have current/remaining availability for the date you selected.

Our availability may change at any time until paid for and scheduled. We are not permitted to schedule hours that haven't yet been paid for. As soon as you have hours purchased and have signed in, we will be happy to help you schedule your first appointment(s) based on our remaining availability, and we will email you a confirmation of all already-scheduled appointments within 15 minutes. If you do not want to make payment until you are sure you can get the availability that works best for you, please stop by in person and we will be happy to help you make payment, sign in, and schedule your first appointment(s).

  • Our online availability is accurate and real time.

  • Every time we schedule an appointment, our online availability is automatically updated to exclude the date and time of the new appointment for the applicable provider(s).

  • The sooner you schedule, the more availability we will have.

  • We do not yet have the ability for you to schedule appointments on your own online. We are working on making this possible to better serve you.

  • The fastest, easiest way to schedule appointments is in person. Our reception will help you schedule all of the appointments that you would like (for hours already paid for), all already-scheduled appointments will appear in your account immediately (to learn how to view your account, click on the following link: www.dancefree.com.co/en/account), and every time we schedule an appointment for you, we automatically email you a calendar reminder for the new appointment within 15 minutes.

  • It is slower to schedule appointments via WhatsApp because we are continuously helping other clients in the order messages are received, our availability changes constantly, and we are always responding to a large number of questions about everything. We always want you to have the best experience and work tirelessly to help each client. We try to be superheroes, but we are not robots. If you know you are a demanding, busy person with limited patience and you want our fastest scheduling, please schedule your appointments in person and we will be happy to help you.

  • If you don't want to stop by in person to schedule appointments until you already have an appointment scheduled, consider scheduling one, two or three appointments via WhatsApp, then when you arrive for your first appointment, you can schedule a larger number of appointments in person.

  • Why is there sometimes a large change in our online avaibility for the current calendar day after midnight? This is because all providers need to approve “same-day availability”. The providers who disappear from our online availability after midnight are either 100% booked or haven’t yet approved same-day availabililty for the current calendar day. For example, if you view our online availability on January 10th at 11:50pm in the evening, you may see certain providers who have availability for January 11th. However, if you view our online availability on January 11th at 12:10am in the morning, you may see that certain instructors who had availability before midnight no longer have availability for January 11th.
