In accordance with the DANCEFREE Biosecurity Protocol, and in compliance with the provisions of Resolution 666 of 2020 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (“Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social”), below is a summary of the primary preventive measures that must be followed by every client who enters our facilities, without exception, for the purpose of reducing the risk of exposure to and contagion of COVID-19 among our staff and clientele:

  • Temperature screening before entering our facilities. If temperature is greater than or equal to 37.5 degrees Celsius (99.5 degrees Fahrenheit), entry to our facilities will not be permitted.
  • Disinfection of shoes, clothes and accessories by spraying with alcohol.
  • Registration of personal data with a symptom survey every time client enters the establishment, according to guidelines from the health authorities.
  • Recommended use of a face mask that covers nose and mouth during entire stay within our facilities, including during classes.
  • Disinfection and washing of hands upon entering our facilities, and before and after each class.
  • Attendance of classes without visitors/companions/guests who have not been paid for and scheduled in advance.
  • Conservation of social distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet).

  • Not removing shoes during classes.
  • Attendance of customer service appointments and/or classes with strictly necessary personal items.
  • Personal use of footwear, towels and water bottles.
  • Do not schedule appointments for customer service and/or classes and/or enter our facilities if you have one or more of the following symptoms: sore throat, fever, general discomfort, dry cough, difficulty breathing, loss of smell and/or taste.
  • Do not schedule appointments for customer service and/or classes and/or enter our facilities if in the last 14 days you have been diagnosed as positive for COVID-19 or are in the process of being diagnosed.
  • Do not schedule appointments for customer service and/or classes and/or enter our facilities if you live with and/or have had contact with someone confirmed to have, suspected of having, and/or in the process of being diagnosed for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
